Flexible working is about allowing different working patterns, from job sharing to flexitime, that offer better work-life balance, developing happier and more productive employees. 

Flexible working shouldn't be viewed as something just for women or working mothers, but can, and ought to be, a serious consideration for men. It's a policy projected to grow, so might be something to seriously consider getting on board with.
